Daniel, the installer, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He made sure everything is up to the standards and more. Air Doc was amazing. Joseph was amazing with helping my husband and I be able to replace our A/c unit at a reasonable price. In the midst of waiting over the weekend he made sure we were kept cool with leaving Air Doc portable A/C until our appointment which was at the beginning of the week. We used Air Docs to clean and sanitize our a/c ducts. After 30 years, you can imagine they really needed it. Tyler and Duane arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. They knew what they were doing and delivered a wonderful job. We would recommend AirDocs with our highest praise!!! The prices were reasonable and their service was outstanding!!

I have been using this company for the last year and a half mainly for doing maintenance. I recommended them to a friend because she came back from vacation and her ac was not working. We did get it running that night and she called them the next day to take a look at it. The tech that came out said that her coils were bad and stated that it would cost $4000 to fix it. Her unit is old, so she needs to get a new one and quoted her $12,000 for a new unit. The unit was working and cooling the house. My friend is in her 70’s. She called her son and he spoke to the tech and he felt he was to take advantage of mother. He called put another company that he new of and they came out and cleaned the coils and did maintenance on her air conditioning and said it is fine. I was very disappointed with this company because of the way my friend was treat. About a month later, I came home from work and my air condition was not cooling and I attempted to call Air Docs and all I could get was AI, I could not get an actual live person all they said was someone would contact me. I did not get contacted that night, but I did get a call in the morning. They came out and told me it is the capacitor and the fan motor and is is going to cost over $3000 to fix. The also attempted to sell me a new unit as mine is 10 years old and quoted me $12,000 to $14,000 depending on what you added. I refused them and called an air conditioning company a friend of mine recommended as they just put in a new unit and it cost them $7900. They came out and took a look at it and said it was the capacitor a d charged it for $85. No Where near what I was quoted from this company. The fan motor was fine. I have a maintenance agreement with this company and I will be losing a little money by not using them, but it is worth it because they are just out to sell you a new air conditioner and over charge you for repairs. I think they think that women/elderly are stupid and they can take advantage of them. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. You will regret it.
