Dr Will and Dr Heather have been my vet for years and have taken the absolute best care of my dogs. The staff are personable and friendly, happy to help answer any and all questions I have. Additionally, Dr Will and Dr Heather have made themselves available multiple times at a moment's notice when my gut has told me something isn't right with one of my dogs. One of my dogs ate a pile of yarn and needed emergency surgery to remove the obstruction and Dr Will and Dr Heather made time for surgery to remove the blockage and she recovered fully. Additionally, when my 9 month old puppy needed surgery for eating rocks (Berners like to eat things they shouldn't...), they once again stepped up and saved her life. I am forever grateful to the wonderful care they have provided all of my dogs throughout the years. I won't take my pets anywhere else.

My go to newish found vet, for all my Frenchies care. Thanks to a referral from a friend. They all have a app that makes it very convenient and helpful.. they also have been nice to me before when I called because I wasn't going to make it to my appointment because of car trouble.

Very thankful for the care and service provided to our pets by the Blue Lake Animal Hospital team. They have always treated us with kindness, compassion, and expertise. Their pricing is more than fair, even on prescription food, which we are so appreciative of. Special shout out to Dr. Will. We have had a couple bouts of challenging medical situations with my cat, which has been very hard financially and emotionally. Every time we see Dr. Will he is so helpful, informative, and supportive. I leave the appointments feeling like I have a friend on my side to navigate what is going on, which makes all the difference when you are worried about your loved pet. I have been going to Blue Lake for about a year and a half and love the people there from the Dr.s to the front desk. They are always very pleasant and very kind to my fur babies. I started raising Maine coons and a lot of the staff loves to come see them. I also have several rescues that are treated with the same kindness. Sometimes it seems like the prices are a little high but I have nothing to compare it to and everything has went up so... Overall I'm glad they are the ones caring for my fur babies.

I can’t say enough good things about Blue Lake Animal Hospital and their amazing team! I bring all of my cats and dogs here, and every single visit has been exceptional. They genuinely go above and beyond, always taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure both I and my pets feel comfortable. They’re not just incredibly knowledgeable but also so honest and caring. They never push unnecessary treatments and always prioritize what’s best for my pets’ health. It’s clear they truly love what they do. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more serious, I always leave feeling confident my fur babies are in the best hands.
