Viking Steel Structures

These guys do a great job and provide outstanding results. My wife and I remarked how the finished product actually exceeded our expectations - and, that's very rare thee days. Thomas did a great job putting together our specifications to produce a finished inventory and CAD drawings that we could evaluate to ensure all of our needs were met. The blueprints provided flew through out town's building permit process and the materials were delivered a week ahead of expectations. Construction only took a little over two days and the crew was very efficient, capable and hard-working. In the end, there were no absolutely no surprises - what we ordered is exactly what we received with top-notch quality. Couldn't give everyone involved a more positive recommendation. We've already had several people stop their cars on the road in front of our house to inquire about our new building because they're looking for a quality metal structure of their own.

I just had a 28' extension added to a existing garage Viking installed 4 years ago. I have been in the construction industry for over 55 years and let me tell you that the 3 man crew that installed the add on were top notch. They were so precise with their measurements and the final product showed, perfect. I was also impressed with the fact that each one knew exactly what had to be done without asking and just did it. The first day they were there, they worked until it was getting dark and were at the job to finish up the next day at 7 am, what more can you ask for? Hats off to this company, great business relationship as far as we are concerned.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I discussed my plans with Oscar over the phone, when my order arrived it was totally not what we had discussed. I’m sure they record the phone calls, but they would not verify. I have an existing 60x30 pole barn and I am installing leans on both sides. They sent 6 foot tall legs!!!! I ordered 13 foot legs!!!! Also sent the wrong gauge steel and refuse to call me back, they say it’s my fault!!!! At least they have my 12 thousand dollars and I have 2 6 foot tall leans !!!! I better get some smaller tractors!!!

Our experience with VSS aka Rhino Steel Structures was fantastic. Caesar Gonzales and his crew were timely, and took extra steps to make sure our building was level and properly anchored.

I wanted to purchase a $16k metal garage from them. Salesperson and I review the contract before me giving him my credit card for a 3K down payment. Salesperson stated to me that the only monies required at the beginning was the down payment and the rest would be paid after the construction was finished. Salesperson also stated that the down payment was fully refundable if I changed my mind before construction of the material had begun. Salesperson thoroughly reviewed the contract but purposely failed to mention that they do not fabricate anything but have subcontractors do all fabrication and installation for them. and also failed to mentioned that their subcontractor required a 75% down payment. I was not aware of this until I received an email from the subcontractor requesting an additional 10k as another down payment. After requesting an explanation from Salesperson he stated that the clause was in the contract and that I was obligated since I signed it electronically. This clause is a about a 10 words long and in very small print and not printed on the main contract page but on a separate page which he never cared to mention. Obviously I refused to pay $13k as down payment for a $16k building. It appears that they don't want to rescind my credit card charge for $3k so I contacted the Credit Card company about this charge and will continue to fight this charge by all legal means available. This company does not fabricate anything!!!! What a scam!!!!
