I consider myself lucky to have found Evolve. From my very first visit, I felt a part of the team. They listened, treat me exceptionally, allow me to learn and to also have input, I feel valued and cared for. It’s an amazing experience.

I can’t describe enough how Evolve Prosthetics changed my life. Mobility is priceless, but for some of us, it takes hours, days & even months to achieve. I would love to thank and praise Dave and the entire crew at Evolve Prosthetics for making my mobility happen! I feel like me again. I have so many people act surprised when they find out that I am wearing a prosthetic leg because of the amazing job you did when making mine perfect for me. I love you all & consider you guys my extended family. And to anyone that is looking for an amazing prosthetic, you found the right place! I highly recommend! And to Lucy, thank you so much for always welcoming me when I walk into the office with your amazing smile, attitude, and grace.

I brought my daughter in, who is special needs and non-verbal. We received great care from Evolve, specifically Mark Kuhn, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and helpful in proving us with alternative options, and was kind and compassionate. I would recommend this office to all of my family and friends 100%.

My initial consultation with Evolve Prosthetics was absolutely wonderful. Hornell Hearn not only was professional, but also very accommodating and thorough in giving me as much detailed information that I needed in order to feel comfortable at this first meeting. I wanted to thank everyone at Evolve Prosthetics for helping me get a correct fit in prosthetic leg I had been dealing with another prosthetic , and kept returning and they just couldn't get the leg to properly fit. After my initial visit With Dave, he made my e feel very comfortable and confident After getting the approval for a new leg. Everything went well, Dave listened to all of my concerns and I am very pleased. This all occured early 2026. I'm walking again for the most part, but after dealing with the other leg, I'm still rebuilding the strength in my new leg. I have already referred 2 people to EVOLVE PROSTHETICS.
