Artistic Iron Works

Before finding this company I almost got scammed out of thousands of dollars so my guard was already up sky high, so I made sure to read every review before taking another chance, and I thank God for landing on Stephen. He assured me this wasn't a "fly by night company" Working with Stephen on my dream courtyard door project was outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly set him apart. Not only did he help bring my vision to life, but he also helped improve and modify my design to make it even better than I originally imagined. Throughout the entire process, Stephen kept me updated every step of the way with pictures and videos during each phase, he even gave me a video tour of the shop, which gave me a lot of confidence and excitement seeing the progress unfold in real time. His level of customer service was BEYOND! exceptional, he answered every text message and phone call even with the time difference (me being from NY) and always made himself available to answer questions and provided updates without me even reaching out. It’s rare to find someone dedicated, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure the customer is happy. I never felt like I was bothering him during this 13 week process. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, reliable, and passionate about custom doors, I HIGHLY! recommend ASKING! for Stephen. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations.. I will update review with pictures once I receive and install door! Thank you Stephen.

This is the third security door we have purchased from Artistic Iron Works. They have the most amazing selection and their doors are heavy duty. We could not be happier with the door we got from them. Installation was smooth and even the hardware on the door is beautiful.

On July 31st my Wife and I stopped by Artistic Iron Works, we were amazed at all of the art they had on display. While we were waiting we were offered something cold to drink and no sooner than we could get it opened Luis Trujillo approached and asked how could he help us. We showed him what we liked and he told us to step into his office, he opened his computer and showed us limitless options allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Luis is very professional, courteous and knows what he’s doing. We would definitely recommend Luis to our friends. 5*****’s

Huge amazing selection of iron and metal yard decor! Priced for all budgets and sizes. Staff was lovely and helpful, while allowing me the privacy to browse the store a few times over. I wanted to buy every other piece of cactus and flower art to add to my garden. Great color additions to water-wise landscaping!

It’s a beautiful place to walk through. All of the art is displayed wonderfully. My son absolutely loved walking through and getting to look at the pieces. The staff was friendly and sweet to us upon arrival and all the way up till the end. I ended up buying a wonderful sunflower.
