We had them install our unit this past fall. When we did that we purchased a 2 year service contract with them. Two weeks ago I tried multiple times to contact them to schedule our spring service and install a new thermostat. I finally got into touch with them and they sent two young men out to do the work on Friday. One of the young men said that our drain for the condensation was clogged and said we needed a plumber. Turns out the drain was not clogged. The plumbing they did was wrong and was not a proper p-trap. After water damage that night we could not reach them and they finally contacted us on Monday via text and were not polite.

My father Paid cash for a new AC unit.. been waiting over a week for a receipt. New Owner Stanley Powell has been barely responding, promising to get me a receipt.. and still nothing.. I wouldn't bother going to these guys especially if you need things done, and a receipt for tax purposes.. its been a real hassle..

Update: I contacted the owner at his request by email several times. I never got a response. This is not a honest company! Learn from my mistake, don’t be fooled by all the great reviews and fancy trucks. I way over paid for a unit larger than my house needed. Stanley, the owner came over during the install. At the time I thought how nice. Later I realized Stanley was there to distract me from how horrible the outside pipes looked. After the installation, I noticed one of the mini-splits was not draining at all. By the time they came out to fix it. Water had been dripping down the inside of the wall causing mold. It sent me to the ER and my dog got sick and died. I called Stanley to come repair the damage done to the house. His reply was “I would have to make him.” Unfortunately, I’m on a fixed income and spent most of my money for the new AC system. I was shocked by his rude, deceitful and dishonest behavior.

Dillon and Jacob were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They found mistakes the previous installer made and saved my bacon.

Always on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Spencer Heat and Air have provided service to us since 1988 ! For any issue or problem they have provided solutions . Warm in the winter cool in summer thanks to the folks at Spencer Heat & Air ! Jeff & Tonni Canaday
