I had a frustrating experience with this law firm due to the extremely long delays in processing paperwork that appeared to have already been prepared for quite some time. Communication throughout the process was very limited, and despite the reputation associated with Buck Sralla, I personally had very little direct contact or guidance from him during my case. The biggest issue was customer service and lack of updates. I often had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information on the status of my paperwork. The process dragged on far longer than expected, which became very stressful and disappointing. That said, I do want to recognize Dora Roque, who was exceptional throughout everything. She was professional, responsive, courteous, and one of the few people who consistently communicated and tried to help move things along. She deserves recognition for the level of service she provided. Overall, I believe the firm needs significant improvement in communication, transparency, and timeliness when handling clients’ cases.

David and Mr. Sralla have been absolutely wonderful in helping me with my case!! From beginning to end, the communication is impeccable. I truly don’t know where I would be without their help and guidance. I HIGHLY recommend this law firm! Thank you so much Sralla Law Group!!!

Look at how many likes his bad review have compared to the good ones. He is deleting the reviews he is able to delete. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN HE RUINED THE LIVES OF ME AND MY CHILDREN Original review: Don't trust this stuttering Stanley. I have him 3k and he told me I would see my kids that weekend. He then took a 3 month vacation and posted pictures of it on social media. I didnt see my kids for 6 months and that was a struggle. Then, he worked with the apposing attorney to extend the case so they could charge more money to both clients. Then, he told me when I was about to win custody that he couldn't represent me unless I gave him 4k more. I no longer have my children in my life. He ruined that with his greed and incompetence. DO NOT TRUST KEVIN BUCK SRALLA. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY HE WILL RUIN YOUR LIVES.

Having an experience with Mr. sralla as our attorney is definitely gonna be a lifelong memory. He was wonderful through the entire journey and his entire team Eric and Patty as well. The entire office team was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Adoption completed with ease
