I experienced a sudden and very painful back issue that seemed to come out of nowhere, and Dr. Chevigny was kind enough to fit me in the very same day I reached out. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and incredibly thorough in identifying what was actually going on. What impressed me most was how quickly and effectively he was able to help. I walked in with significant pain and discomfort, and walked out feeling immediate relief. By the next day, the issue had dramatically improved and my back felt genuinely fixed. Beyond his obvious skill and knowledge, John has a calm and reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. I’m incredibly grateful for both his responsiveness and the quality of care he provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective treatment.

Really disappointed in my massage here because my therapist did not review my medical notes/intake form/referral before I came in. I was so uncomfortable the entire time and was constantly told I needed to relax but how does one relax when you don’t take time to build rapport or talk about what why you’re there and health goals? This seems like a place where they don’t care too much about their patients and just want you in an out as quickly as possible.

Dr. Chevigny is an amazing chiropractor. His treatments are very targeted to exactly the issue at hand. I've come to him for a variety of problems including back, neck, jaw, and ankle and I always feel better afterwards. He does soft tissue work before going into the adjustments, and the treatment is unique each time. Even as I've moved to different neighborhoods around Seattle I always go back to him for my chiropractic care.

The team at MindBody Med have been fantastic. They spend the time to really understand what is going on and provide options for treatment, including working with teams outside of MindBody. The chiropractic and acupuncture sessions I have had have improved my chronic knee condition to where I am focused now on maintaining vs recovery. I highly recommend the team at MindBody Med.
