My ADU

Working with MyADU has been a pleasure. They took my vision and turned it into reality. We customized our project extensively but MyADU rolled with the flow and met every request. Everybody I worked with at MyADU was a skilled professional who was focused on making me a happy customer. Chris, the PM, was awesome. Luke, the owner was always available and active in the project. Amanda, Office/Sales manager was always available to answer questions or help any way she could. Were there occasional miscommunications, mistakes, and/or unforeseen issues? Of course. They happen in EVERY construction project. But MyADU never gave excuses, never shirked responsibility, never tried to shift blame. They just focused on resolution. And honestly, the finish contractor they used for this project did a better job than the one who did our main house! Would I recommend them to a friend? Absolutely. We are already talking to them about another project. That is how happy we are with the experience.

My ADU built a two story addition to our home. It turned out beautiful. The team walked us through each step and kept us up to date on weekly tasks. They had it completed in a timely manner. They were very patient with us when we had changes. Shout out to Amanda who was there every step of the way and took our calls anytime we had questions. I whole heartedly recommend My ADU to my friends and family!!

We could not have had a more positive experience working with MyADU! From start to finish - great communication, professionalism, high quality standards, and flexibility. All the contractors were great, and any issues that came up were cleared up promptly and without hassle. It was more stress-free than we would have imagined, with everything handled by MyADU from start to finish, and they did an excellent job sticking to the planned budget and timeline. They were really great to work with, and we are so happy with how our ADU came out - we love it! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to expand their housing options!

I would recommend My ADU to anyone looking for a contractor, and I would hire them again if I had another large scale project. It has been a pleasure doing business with them as we worked through the process of adding a large en suite to our home as well as an ADU. Of the half dozen Clark County contractors I have worked with over the years, My ADU is my #1 choice.

If your reading this review your possibly looking in to an ADU.. I have to say my experience with My ADU was exceptional from Luke and Amanda and Chris the foreman who gave us weekly updates with pictures and work done and work targeted for following work once we had permitting and any changes we had were taking care of no issues. The quality of these homes are exceptional also and any encounters we had with the contractors was professional and friendly. They obviously focus on ADU's so they have the process dialed in ...no hidden cost or fees. Great job My ADU team we all here appreciate job well done. ENJOYING THE HOME 12 weeks to completion....awesome.....
