Pioneer Overhead Door

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Nate at Pioneer Overhead Door was fantastic to work with. He identified the problem (another local company hadn’t weighed the door properly and installed the wrong springs 😡) Nate fixed my garage door spring quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process super easy. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and had my garage door working perfectly again in no time. He even went above and beyond to help me download an app for my motor! I also really appreciated that Pioneer Overhead Door sent me a bio and information about my technician, Nate, before my appointment. It gave me peace of mind knowing exactly who was coming to my door, which was such a thoughtful touch and great customer service. Kendra in the office was absolute gem as well. She was friendly, helpful, communicative, and made scheduling and coordinating everything seamless from start to finish. Excellent customer service all around — highly recommend Pioneer Overhead Door!

My husband just passed away and my garage door broke! 😢 It was the first home repair cause panic moment I had. My husband had used Pioneer Door before so I knew they had our records. Nate came out and was amazing! He was so kind and not pushy. He helped me pick the perfect color! They told me it would be 4-6 weeks to install. It was 3 weeks! Pete came and helped with the installation and made sure all the details were perfect! Nate and Pete made a nervous moment for me, so much easier! Thanks guys! And…the door is GORGEOUS! I love it!

The service person Conner, was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing after he operated the doors and saw what had to be done. (The one door was very nosey, the least used door was not). However he serviced both doors at no additional cost. After completion he had me operate the doors to make certain I was completely satisfied. A big plus for this company and Conner was his impeccable manners and respect towards this senior citizen. Good job!!!

Nate gave great service and always goes into detail about the pros and cons about upgrading. I appreciate that he was able to fix my garage door the same day I called in, that is amazing. He is a great employee and very friendly to speak with and goes over detail details if you need them, he never seems rushed or unable to talk to you because he is interested in Customer Service and making sure that his clients understand what needs to be done. Thank you Nate. !!!

Nate was super nice and very capable. Did an excellent job. We got a new motor today. Fixed our problem and bailed us out until we can get the new door! Great work and very pleasant!
